I have never skied and I am over 6.
 I'm going to learn :
- To know all about the equipment and to put my skis on and take them off.
- How to use the ski-lift.
- Control my speed and the slide snowplough.
Test ESF : Flocon
- The tests ESF are held on Fridays during the lessons.
Assessment :
- Ski down an adapted course linking 7 to 8 snowplough turns ended with skis parallel.
- Basic straight running plus balance exercises whilst skiing a gentle slope such as hopping
- stepping and riding over little bumps
